Parkside Pub opened its doors on South Fulton Street with a simple idea: build a place where Princeton feels like home — not a campus visit, not a tourist stop, but somewhere locals actually want to be.
That means real ingredients, drinks made by people who care, and a floor plan that encourages conversation over noise. We're five minutes from the square and a world away from the rush.

We don't do bar snacks that pretend to be a meal. Everything on the menu is made in-house, from the pickles to the pastry. The standards are honest — burgers, sandwiches, small plates — but nothing here feels like an afterthought.
